Culinary Arts Program

The Culinary Arts program at GNC schools, conducted in cooperation with the nationally-acclaimed Culinary Training Institute, provides students with hands-on classroom and kitchen training.

Students who successfully complete the classroom curriculum can participate in a supervised "externship" program that provides real-life experience in a commercial kitchen.
